Gently used books and new books, made possible by both monetary donations and purchases through our Amazon Wish list, were generously donated. These books were then distributed to teachers across Wayne-Westland Community Schools. Your support has made a meaningful impact, providing valuable resources for educators and enhancing educational opportunities for students in our community. Thank you for your contributions.

 Community Circle's monetary donations were utilized to acquire water,  snacks, and items from Amazon Wish lists. These donations were then  distributed to various organizations and entities, including St. Marys  Livonia, Detroit VA, Ann Arbor VA, University of Michigan Health System,  Sinai Grace Hospital, Beaumont Dearborn, McLaren Oakland, Detroit  Firefighters (Northwest squad 1 - Engine 59), City of Wayne Fire  Department, and SKLD Nursing. Your contributions have made a positive  impact on the well-being of individuals in these diverse communities,  and we sincerely appreciate your support. 

Our bags were generously donated to Wayne Memorial High School and the Wayne-Westland Community Schools Resource Center. The contents of this year's items included folders, spiral notebooks, pens, pencils, pencil sharpeners, scissors, crayons, markers, colored pencils, highlighters, rulers, glue sticks, pencil boxes, erasers, and drawstring backpacks. Your support has directly contributed to providing essential school supplies for students in Wayne-Westland, fostering an environment conducive to their academic success. Thank you for making a positive impact on the education of these students.

The success of our first 72-hour Venmo and CashApp challenge is truly remarkable! Through your support and outreach to a local women's shelter in Wayne, Michigan, we were able to make impactful donations of the following new items. Your generosity has made a positive difference in the lives of those in need, and we sincerely appreciate your commitment to our cause.

3 Bulk packages of deodorant
Lots of new baby items, which included Multiple cans of baby Formula (unopened and not expired)
And many more miscellaneous items

Monetary donations and individual purchases from donors through the Amazon Wish list were instrumental in creating assembled packages. These packages included classroom-specific supplies tailored for certain Special Education classes in Wayne-Westland Community Schools. The success of this campaign was achieved by seeking input directly from the teachers we aimed to assist this year, ensuring that the support provided was targeted and meaningful. Your contributions have made a positive impact on the education of students with special needs, and we deeply appreciate your support.

 Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, our commitment remains unwavering, and the support from our community has been tremendous. This year, Community Circle joined forces with Santa Help High Schoolers to bring Christmas joy to 140 high school students. The success of this campaign is attributed to the generous support of numerous businesses,  churches, families, and others who dedicated time from their busy holiday schedules to spread cheer. Your collective efforts have made a meaningful impact, and we are grateful for the ongoing support from our dedicated community. 

 The procurement of Back to School Supplies was made possible through  monetary donations and the use of items donated from our Amazon Wish  list. Community Circle diligently packaged these bags, ensuring they  included grade-level specific supplies tailored for K-5 students in  Wayne-Westland Community Schools. Your support and contributions have  played a crucial role in preparing these students for a successful  academic year, and we sincerely appreciate your generosity. 

 As we close out our 5th Back to School Campaign, we want to extend our gratitude to each of our supporters. Because of the generous support we have received we were able to donate the most we have donated yet! This year we donated, 380 backpacks to students in the Wayne-Westland District. We couldn't have achieved this milestone without you all.
